Learn to run BETTEr
The first session will consist of an assessment where we will analyse your running technique, functional movements and assess any injuries that you may have. We will also talk through your wants and needs, and then start on the rehabilitation, specific strength training and the running coaching process.
The number of sessions will depend on your individual goals and how you progress, but you should expect it to be between 3 - 6 sessions. The program will get you more mobile, stronger, fitter, improve your speed, and help prevent injuries.
