The first session will consist of an assessment where we will analyse your running technique and functional movements and assess any injuries that you may have. We will also talk through your wants and needs, and then start on the rehabilitation and the running coaching process.
This will incorporate a before and after video of your running style to look at your progression, and running specific strength training exercises. The program will get you more mobile, stronger, fitter, improve your speed, and help prevent injury.

Six, weekly, hour-long sessions will help to turn you into a better runner and reduce the risk of injury.
Anyone can benefit from this individually targeted program suitable for all levels. Whatever your starting point, we will work with you on the foundations of technique, giving you the best chance to improve and develop.
