Online coaching is perfect for when you are away on business, holiday, competing or just too far to visit my clinic. 


By filling out the Health Questionnaire we will go through your health and fitness history, analyse any injuries/niggles you might have and also making sure you are suitable for online coaching. 


When we meet online, I'll go through some movements with you to see how you move and assess any imbalances in your body, where you feel pain or discomfort. From there I’ll guide you on what to do and what not to do.
