Running technique coaching

 

Whatever your running need, I will work with you on the foundations of Technique, Strength, and Conditioning. Giving you the best chance to improve and develop to become a better runner.

An assessment will be done to analyse your running technique and functional movements and assess any injuries that you may have. We will also talk through your wants and needs, and then start on the rehabilitation, specific strength training and the running coaching process.

The number of sessions will depend on your individual goals and how you progress, but you should expect it to be between 3 - 6 sessions. The program will get you more mobile, stronger, and fitter, improve your speed, and help prevent injuries.
