Hybrid Training
Hybrid training gives you the best of both worlds: the hands-on support of in-person coaching and the flexibility of a personalised online program you can follow in your own time.
​In-person sessions:
Choose between once a month, where you can book a PT session or Massage, depending on what you need most that month.​
​
Online program:
Between your in-person visits, you’ll follow a custom training plan delivered online designed around your goals, schedule and available equipment. During the month I will review your progress, and be available to answer questions and make sure the plan is working effectively for you.
