Got the medal, what now?

You have done all the hard work and got the medal, what now? My mistake that I use to make after a race is to rest for too long, I lose focus, family life takes over and I get out of shape. What I do know is to organise a program for the year, I usually do three competitions beginning, middle and end of the year. This also helps me to fit training around work and family life. Below is an article on how to recover after a half marathon, but the advice can be used for any distance.
